Sudip was born in Rourkela, Orissa on the 5th of December , 1976. He studied in the same schools as I did – Ispat English Medium School in Rourkela, Bluebells in Delhi. He graduated as a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from IPS Academy, Indore, and then finished post-graduation for a MBA from Institute of Management Studies , University of Indore in the year 2000.
He started his career at Mafoi Management Consultants in 2000 as Consultant.His responsibilities included helping his client companies fulfill their Permanent and Temporary staffing recruitment as well as a Project Manager for Large scale recruitment processes across the country .
Thereafter he joined Heidrick and Struggles International Inc , in December 2003.He was designated as a Business Research Analyst within the Technology and Professional services practice of Heidrick and Struggles , a NASDAQ (Ticker Symbol: HSII)listed firm with it’s Headquarters in Chicago and with Offices in 50 major cities worldwide. His responsibilities includes Supporting Heidrick and Struggles Consultants worldwide to fulfill their Business research needs as well as providing them with In-depth company and Industry coverage.
Sudip thereafter joined Capgemini Consulting in Mumbai and was designated Global Knowledge Manager of the Energy, Utilities and Chemicals Sector. He was employed with Capgemini from August 10, 2005 to August 10 2006.
Sudip is currently employed with Korn/Ferry International – one of the leading executive search firms worldwide. He joined Korn/Ferry as the Regional Knowledge Manager of its Industrial Markets for the Asia-pacific region.
His interests include following the latest developments/ Discoveries in the the field of Astronomy as well as Theoretical Astronomy , in particular. His other interests include studying on varied topics that includes Dynamic Modeling, Innovation, Knowledge Management and process excellence (Six-Sigma in particular) among others.
