Airtel indeed is quite helpful.
I put my connection for safe custody only to find it to be canceled.
Helpful response: It happened by mistake
I need to run around for 15 days to get my connection activated.
Help rendered: Gave numerous customer service number to keep me engaged every morning and evening .. nope .. I could call up in day as well but what a pity i need to work also.
After paying for 3 months for “UN”safe custody and running around for 15 days, they have the audacity to ask for reactivation fee …
…. good enough to reinforce my belief to dump them on the first opportunity
